I think Les Miles would look great with a Michigan windbreaker on, and it would actually be the correct attire to wear there, as opposed to wearing an LSU one in hot humid weather.

Beat Bama and all this changes, but how do you do that with no and I mean no passing game. People including me are frustrated becuase nothing has been done to improve the glaring weakness of last year. I have been a Miles supporter but my patience has run out. I saved money to get tickets to the Alabama game, and after watching the Auburn game I don't feel very good about the tiger pulling out a win.

I'm not saying run around shouting "Les is GREAT!", or that no coach in college football is better. If you want a different coach, again, fine, if we can get the right guy. But every time LSU (which is, after all, the team Miles coaches) is mocked for looking sloppy, or Les is laughed at nationally for not being suave, just point out our worst season had 8 victories (Oklahoma, you listening?), and that year in the bowl game we destroyed the flavor of the month (Ga Tech and their wonderful running offense, in their home city).
Point out we're 7-1 with one hand tied behind our back.
Point out Urban Meyer at Fla ain't looking head-and-shoulders above our guy now.

If you like, point out "hey, we're LSU. We can whip your arse with Les Miles as our coach. What you got?"

I think in 2012 you'll get your wish.

Michigan has already begun their traditional mid year slide and they still have Penn State, Wisconsin and Ohio State left to go.
