My brother takes his wife to this great little house up on Lake D'Arbonne that rents by the week. Right on the water. Just throw your hook out the back door and Voila! Breakfast.

Bring her to T Frer's in Laffy. B and B built in like 1790. Its haunted just like the rest of em (ghosts always increases vacancy)

Make too much noise at night and you're sure to get a visit!

If you want to go to one of these places that has good restaurants/bars/shops pretty nearby, Fairhope AL and old town Covington is a good location.
The fairhope inn or one of the places on the Mobil Bay would be nice.

In old town Covington, the Blue Willow B&B is nice. I park my car on a Friday and don't start it again until ready to head home on a Sunday. Hot tub in front of the room, bike rental nearby, and some good restaurants, etc within easy walking distance.
