This is how I see it...
I think we really match up well with LSU. They will fight and play hard, but I look for it to go something like this...
End of 1ST quarter...
Auburn 7...
LSU 3...
Fairly even, but Auburn offense starts playing well by quarters end and LSU offense cannot pass. Mixing qb's will hurt them and their rhythm...
Half time...
Auburn 27...
LSU 10...
Auburn's offense starts to control their defense tearing off big chunks of yardage and Jefferson throws a pick or two. He is very inaccurate which plays into our hands as passes that sail will be picked...
End of 3rd quarter...
Auburn 37...
LSU 13...
More of the same, but things settle down a bit in a not so close game...
Final Score...
Auburn 44...
LSU 19...
The 4th quarter is a formality and Auburn cruises to the win. This is the first game that I really like the match-up this much. Our biggest weakness is our secondary and rotating QB's will not be effective enough to keep up, especially when one is Jordan Jefferson. On the other side, We should pick a few that sail over the WR's in the middle of the field. Jefferson has been sailing passes all year. They will complete a few and run for some, but AU's defense matches up well. I could be wrong and probable will be, but I do not see this game being all that exciting after half time...
