It's not necessarily a bad strategy but he can't be Newton's spy the entire game. Cam's game is to make plays with his feet. The second he starts scrambling he's the most dangerous player in college football. If Shep just commits immediately it will mean our best cover LB just left the middle of the field wide the frick open. Auburn's big passing plays this year are when the plays break down. Our CBs & Safeties will be busy down field. Leave the middle open all the time and see what happens.
