Marinate in fresh lemon juice and lemon pepper. Thats what I mostly do for mine...easiest for me. I have also marinated in a wasabi sauce that always turns out pretty good. Whatever you soak it in, it will definitely absorb it. Basically whatever you marinate it in, thats the taste you will predominantly get. Enjoy!

Both Tuna and Lemon fish are on the DO NOT EAT list currently, officals are asking to please bag all fish and turn it in, so please just put it ina ziplock keep it on ice and call me and I will take care of getting it to the right place
