Lemon fish is good fried or grilled. I prefer to cut it up in small pieces and fry. It's also good grilled. Tuna is only good seared or grilled. I like my tuna best by using a little olive oil in a pan on medium heat. I just sprinkle some creole seasoning, garlic, onion powder, etc and cook it in the olive oil. I don't usually smother my fish with a sauce but everyone is different.

Yeah i tried over there, I guess i'm looking for more of a marinade, I'm going to grill them both.

This, Cobia grilled is one of my favorites. Tuna, not so much.
