Why play JJ and run unbelievably predictable, impotent plays and allow them to get back in the game

You do realize we scored on two of those predictable, impotent run plays... right?

allow them to get back in the game and eventually take the lead instead of stepping on their throats with the QB who has clearly proven he is light years ahead of JJ

Agreed... but only in the ratio in which they utilize them. JJ's talents can be effectively used in situational conditions. When JJ took off and ran with decisiveness, it tended to have a neutralizing effect on Florida's aggressive defensive play calling.

What would everyone be saying if the ref had called forward pass on the field (which could have easily happened and honestly i think it was just barely forward)? Even if it had been reversed and we lost the game before winning it AGAIN.

What if the bad OVER THE HEAD WITHOUT LOOKING toss had not bounced perfectly? Just a reckless and dumb call...first half vs SC is completely different that last night in a situation we never should have been in in the first place.

You're just looking for a reason to hate with these "what ifs". That fake FG attempt was as perfect a lateral as perfect can get in terms of alignment, and the toss did bounce perfectly so why languish over it. "What ifs" are better left for losers looking for an alternative don't you think.

I am happy/thrilled/elated we won

Best part of your whole post... and I suggest that you take that feeling and run with it. Look, I was never particularly happy with the Les Miles hire but it is what it is... and it is not going to distract me from enjoying my TIGERS!!!
