great post!! I tried to write something similar earlier this week but i'm glad I didn't because this was so much better. And I agree 100% that it's crowton not Miles, and that firing miles would be a HUGE mistake. I've always been fond of Miles, he leaves me scratching my head sometimes but I sincerely hope that we DON'T have to hire a head coach for a good long time
