kevg33, you seem to be the only one other than me pointing this out. our OL struggles with the pass rush;hell wv gave a lot of pressure with 3 rushers, esp from the left side. the left side, however run blocks better. i'm sorry to say this but our remaining games are probably going to expose these guys.

Lee does know the system, Crowton just loves a running QB in the system more..this is why lee lost close to 20lbs in the off-season, thought he could run faster and have a chance..

Did anyone else notice Lee continually looking to the sideline and practically beg for the play call? He can manage this team..if given the opportunity. He checks down, looks at 2nd and 3rd reads, and gets the ball out quick. He just seems like more of a leader on the field, IMO.

HOWEVER, Crowton LOVES a running QB...

my point was for people to get off crowtons back because he is not the problem like the negatigers say....

So, it's not Crowton's fault that our starting JUNIOR QB, with 3 years game experience, has only thrown for over 100 yards once thru 5 games.

Pirate, if your belief is correct: that R.P. is a big reason for the recent and current offensive woes, it is a severe indictment of the program as a whole. Under no circumstances, at a program like LSU, should a single player cause a three year offensive debacle of titanic proportions. Someone has either recruited or planed quite poorly... I'll let you figure out who to defend for that.

no just at qb and my point is in 08 and 09...the program was crippled much ....we whined about no running game in 08/09 and now we got a running game and thats not enough.....the off is close...
