What I think the real offensive problem is...

Crowton does not look ahead for calling plays, hes calls them play by play. Given situations I think the man can call a smart play, but given situations with a ticking clock he cracks...

It escapes me that coaches at this level did not call two plays with the same personnel group when the clock was ticking down...

how hard is it to have a true leader as a QB that can hurry everyone up to the line snap the ball and spike it??? Does not take Drew Brees or Peyton Manning to figure this out!!! Its actually a play that you dont even really have to have in your playbook because you can do it from just about any offensive formation
