Les Miles walked into a perfect situation he is not capable of building a program, Dale did build this program and had success when he had good bench coaching, he also had one of the most talented teams in the history of the NCAA and didn't even win the conference. Game coaching wise Dale and Les were about the same. Dale also called the NCAA "the gestapo" which from the seeds we have recieved since then they never forgot it.
