We, as fans, need to restore our national image this Saturday....

It has to happen. We are the laughing stock of the college football world. We might the only fans in the history of football to boo their UNDEFEATED team when they're winning a game. The national shows are making fun of us to no end. I'm begging you, as a fan, please help restore the image of LSU this weekend.

I don't buy this for a second. From what I can tell talking to fans of other programs, Les Miles is generally considered an idiot. I think LSU fans have gained stature for the booing.

if you do, get the coon asses back in the seats. We have these fans now that are there to socialize and not to roar for the tigers. These fans have been priced out of the seats, so they cannot buy tickets any longer. When I went as a kid, I looked forward to sitting next to the coon asses. These guys bleed purple and gold.

I can promise you that if the offense looks the exact same this weekend as it did last, there will be booing. And the fact that so many of you have been whining about it all week long on the radio shows and on here, is what will make the booing louder. And I'm willing to bet a whole bunch that the offense will look the same. So, get ready for it.

not gonna happen. LSU just isn't the old LSU anymore. it's much worse. fricking sucks. but that's the reality we're dealing with.

No...not even close to being the only one. Florida fans booed Chris Leak hard in 2006 late in the game when they were putting Kentucky away to go 4-0. And then they went on to win the National Championship in convincing fashion.

LSU is not the laughing stock of the college football world. The same thing is going on here in Atlanta with UGA, and Blacksburg with VaTech, and tonight on college football live they were discussing the Red River Rivalry and hoe Texas fans have been asking all week if its time for Mack Brown to retire. Get over urself and thinking this is a problem with only LSU fans.

I think if the stadium cheers really loud for JJ at the start of the game it would go a long way to show how good our fans can be.

the talking heads know what the problem is, Kornheiser had it absolutely nailed on PTI. They get it.
There are people here that still don't get it. It's sad when the talking heads get it right and LSU's own followers don't understand it.
You can't make people at a football game NOT boo. You're not going to, and it's completely idiotic to try and think you're just going to dismiss this from the fan base.
We're not the laughing stock....it's quite the opposite. Especially after the Ole Miss debacle last year that made all sorts of news on ESPN, sports fans know all about LSU's head coach (for chrissakes they pushed the "mad hatter" name for awhile) and the nonsensical activities he puts forth.
Some of you people really need to take yourself out of the LSU bubble just for a second.

It is not the fans image that needs to be restored it is the offense's image that needs to be restore! Maybe a touchdown would do that!!!!
