A few things. WHAT you ate is very important. And it's the afternoon. I've put on 5+ lbs in a day before only to lose it by morning

Obviously the bottle of Enjoy By and Mikkeller didn't help, didn't each anything too bad except 2 slices of home made pizza and the shrimp platter from Chimes. Just amazed in 2 days I could add almost 10lbs and only down to 220 today after sitting 215-217 last week

Means no beer fest since I take 1 step forward then 2 back in weekends now
