I know you say you aren't cheating, but do you follow the same food plan on the weekends? Maybe you get a few extra carbs in on Sunday or Saturday?

Holy hell from 215 on Saturday morning to 223 on Monday afternoon.... I know I didn't eat/drinks THAT much
