Wondering how it was going and was thinking of getting one or something similar.
I just read "The Ultimate Diet 2.0" by Lyle McDonald (Guy knows his stuff), and I honestly can't wait to try it out. But I want to know as much data as possible going into it. Figure something like that would help

Ah I'm liking it so far, it has helped keep me motivated as I try to beat my daily totals. I haven't had an issue with it yet and it works.
Sleep thing is nice but I've learned I don't sleep enough, usually 6 hours or less a night


A lot of people have Fitbit, I have Jawbone Up24, only difference I know is my sync's via Bluetooth so I don't always have to log into it
