I may be able to handle them because of amount of cardio i do

I don't eat a lot of white bread anymore just wheat but my peanut butter sandwich is a gimme twice a week.

Put on a little over the weekend. I ate clean yesterday but at more calories than usual. And I didn't work out yesterday so that could be why.
Great workout this morning though.

I do a low carb. Not necessarily on purpose. But I avoid pretty much all bread. Don't really do any rice. I'll do some grains and oats and what not. But most of my carbs are all healthy carbs.
I really love the high protein aspect of my diet.
