What kind of weight loss have you had so far? And what does your diet look like? 80% of weightloss/bodyfat loss is diet related. If yourdiet sucks then you are cancelling out the exercise you are doing.

2 mile race today. A new PR of 14:22. 30 seconds faster than my previous record.

Eating less and exercising more.
208 this morning, I was about 220 when I started.
