I was 245 on Friday morning and was pumped, cheat night turned into a full blown 10,000 cal weekend!! Woke up monday morning at 252. Has anyone put weight on that fast before??? Geez, I feel like I need rehab or something back on the wagon though

I have. I went on a vacation once and gained 11 pounds in a week. Got back to low carb and cardio and dropped 4 lbs in a couple days. Took about 10 days total to get back to my pre vacation date. keep working you'll get back in no time.

Yes..it sucks Takes twice as long to drop that weight that took only a few days to gain. Pisses you off

I'm stoked to get back on the bike. Have been down for about a week now due to repairs. I'm totally sticking to biking over running, I've forgotten how much I love it.
