guess what I'm asking is, is it "worth it" to this? I understand that naturally as your weight comes off it becomes incrementally more difficult to drop the next pound, I'm just curious if the super-low carb induction phase will do the same or if it would accelerate weight loss relative to eating 40-50 carbs a day.
I find it much easier to eat low carb low cal than adding carbs back in. The serious hunger kicks in the second I add too many carbs back into my diet.

Damn you Ice Cream!

Hope I can hit the restroom a few times before the official office weigh-in.
