8 hour diet is working so far. I''m able to move 8 to fit schedule.
Drinking cofee in the morning is holding me from dropping faster.
But my pace is where it needs to be.

Stayed the same after yesterday. Dinner ended up being a homemade spaghetti sauce w/veggies and Quinoa pasta.

I didn't run yesterday cause I hate running in the cold. I did sub in as many quick sets of push-ups I could to get my heart rate going. Somewhere around 220 total.
