Ok, starting weight today: 146

Breakfast: 1 sip of blueberry pomogranite juice.

Lunch: 1/2 panini with Black Forest Turkey, provolone,Boar’s Head Remoulade on Ciabatta bread.
Roasted potato wedges (about a handful's worth)
unsweet tea
Calories: probably 500-550?

Welcome aboard. So I see you want to lose a few so you can go after Eric at your best.

One suggestion. You need to really know what you are eating and not probably. Try to buy food with all the info on the label and start measuring things out. Otherwise you may be eating way more than you think.
