Did a real good basketball workout yesterday.

Started with 30 minutes of shooting and moving quickly.

Followed that with running 10 times to opposites goals doing layups.

Then did a leg exercise on an 8 ft goal where I would dunk the ball on one side and then quickly dunk on the other side. Did 4 sets of 10. My thighs were burning after that one!

Dinner was left over pork loin and eggplant. Breakfast today was fage yogurt with fake honey and nuts. Lunch will be two small packets of low sodium tuna.

Ate 2 apples yesterday for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and chicken and rice for dinner last night.

Oatmeal and coffee this morning.

Drank lots of water.

Have not had time to exercise at all.

Weighed 244 on Monday.

Weigh 240 this morning.

Crazy how fast this comes off. A lot of it is water weight because I am drinking water and have had very little salt since Monday night. So, that is affecting digestion and water retention. I always lose a lot the first 10-14 days. It is after that when you are losing real weight that it gets hard. Then, I give up thinkinng I can just maintain at 10-15 lbs. less than what I was and a few months later I look at the scale and have gained it all back.
