This is why I feel no guilt the couple of time I go out each month to dinner with friends. It is the metabolic confusion meal.

So I don't count those nights as cheats.

I only count it a cheat, if I hit a fast food place on my own. And even those cheats probably in the long run might have been helpful in confusing my body.

I got down to very low bodyfat using cheats. And I'm a fattie at heart. Using cheat days certainly didn't deter me. I know it helped because a few days after a cheat during extreme dieting I would always lose weight.
