What if Les put Lee in one of the previous 4 games and he proceeded to throw pick 6s and we lost? Would you praise him for prepping for the later games then?

If Jefferson did shitty and he gave JL a chance as a result and then JL did horrible as well, I wouldn't complain once.

Les would not be feeling anywhere near the heat if JL had gotten some appreciable playing time to this point, regardless of the outcome.

At least then we would know that our QB situation is truly hopeless and that our defense and special teams had better play the last eight games like the first four in order for us to win.

To simply accept that this is as good as it can be is unacceptable at this point when we know there is one option we have not tried this season.
