i do realize this. I also realize the Big East is way down this year. Im not faulting lsu are anything, they scheduled two tough ooc games. I just would like to see a sec team take a risk of going play a pac 10 or even a boise st to shut them up earlier in the year.

what is the point of that? if you win the game you were 'supposed' to. if you lose the game its a sign of how the sec is so over rated.

it would have to be on a neutral field, no way you could make any money on a home/home with them.

where is the benefit?

Well, we play Oregon in the first game next year in Dallas.

That's a seriously tough opponent and we could definitely lose to them. I say that because they don't pass much so their offense is up and running in game 1 basically. We run and pass and you've seen that our passing game takes a little while to get going (for many years). Hopefully our D will be similar next year, but we will be losing some studs (lots of great young talent playing for us though right now).

Like LSU vs Washington in 2009 and 2012 or LSU vs Oregon in 2011? LSU never plays PAC10 teams.
