I had two dogs trained by Bart Posey and both have turned out great. Have also had other family members that have had their dogs trained by Bart and their dogs were also good dogs. My last dog I bought from him was a great pet and great hunting dog.
I am planning on getting a dog in the next 6 months but I think I am going to choose to get it trained by a trainer. I know a lot about training but it takes a lot of time and the trainers are also better equipped to do the job. There are a lot of different personalities with dogs and a good trainer knows exactly what to do training wise with those personalities. A trainer has trained so many dogs that it makes it easier to figure out the dog. Just my opinion though.
