Think about it this way!!
Lesticles is very successful in recruiting and getting the talent to BTR!!
However not many continue to progress each year at LSU and become that dominant figure all thought they would be.
IMHO when one talks about developing players, we should be concerned with how ell they do for the 4-5 years they are at LSU. The pro deal is a different animal.
RR and RS are perfect examples ( and we could name many more)...they are not a huge part of the offense ( yet hopefully) therefore are not as much of a threat as a JJ at Bama.
I am not sure Lesticles takes them to that next level to get them ready for the pros.
