Just sitting here and wondering where this talk comes from? Who in the hell has the mighty Saban developed to make it to the NFL so much more than Miles?? Al Woods was recently cut from the saints so that just goes to show that he was probably a bust from the get go not Miles fault and surely your not stating that Sean Payton cant develop talent. Heres a few Miles players in the league. B. Lafell(will be starting this year as a rookie), Laron Landry (two with Saban two with Miles), Dwayne Bowe, Matt Flynn, word is still out on Tyson Jackson&Glenn Dorsey. Ali Highsmith and Perry Riley are still on teams climbing up the depth chart.Any others that I missed? Just my opinion tell me yalls

I really don't care about developing talent for the NFL. I'm more concerned with getting the most out of the talent available to the coach while the kids are at LSU. Miles hasn't been a complete bust in that regatd but his track record isn't all that impressive either.

Comparing Miles to Saban in any aspect of coaching is ridiculous.

Just go back and look the draft results and projections.
Or hell, just look at our team. There might be 4 guys on this team that are pros.
Dorsey and Jackson are busts, btw.
Saban kicks Miles's arse on linemen alone.

You need to check out all the Tigers on NFL Rosters....plenty are Sabans players. I am not a Miles hater, but you are probably not going to win this debate.

LM is clearly inferior to NS at developing talent. Quite simply, LM is not enough of a prick to demand perfection out of everyone around him like NS.

Laron Landry

are you fricking kidding me? You honestly think he got more coaching the 2 years with Miles instead of the 2 years with Saban? Who by the way is a db coach.

You have to understand that LSU has more talent than just bout any team other than the Saints and that Miles is responsible for the 15 L's on his record and none of the 52 W's in the minds of some.

Once you wrap your mind around that delusional thought process, you can better understand the "talk" you speak of.

Not so. Only at the QB and OLINE has Miles failed to recruit and develop..

The haters of Les Miles will NEVER give him credit for much of anything. That includes the number of wins, and the developement of football players.

When it comes to the "developement of players", the only credit they are willing to extend to Miles is for the players who DON'T develope into an NFL- caliber player. Most of the players coming through the LSU system don't make it in the NFL. "How unique".

The last time I checked, LSU has as many players on NFL rosters as anyone else.

Just more evidence that the negatiger naysayers will always be naysayers.

LSU and the state of Louisiana have and always will be a pipeline to the NFL.
