Sweet Was there a camera crew with him?

Nope just saw him. Couldn't tell if he had his dog though.

It's kind of hard to see when you are driving 70 but there is no mistaking that guy. He was standing up driving his boat also.

People who have never been here see a show like this and assume that all of Louisiana is bayous and swamps and that the people are all toothless retards

I just learned yesterday that 2 of my cousins that live in Venice, LA were asked to be on and filmed for swamp people. The denied it because of that exact reason. I guess they figured they would be made to look stupid. They are some awesome hunters too. They used to do the hunting for my uncle down there who got 350+ tags and was the top tag getter in the state. Their two largest was 13ft 6in and 13ft 10in.

Can't wait to see the step-son get devoured by a gator!

The rest of the folks on that show come off well, especially Troy. Troy could have his own show!

My husband saw Mike at the Hammond Wal-Mart today. He said he was wearing the same white shirt, overalls and hat that he wears on the show. Said he was very nice.

re: SWAMP PEOPLE

I was looking at the History Channel web site and there is another family of "swamp people" that I haven't seen on the show or seen any previews of. Albert "Butch" Knight is his name. I wonder if they just didn't make the show or will be shown on later episodes.
