He had a tough game. In the first quarter he hit his receivers but was erratic in his location of the the throws. To high or down around the knees. He nailed the long td pass to Randle though. He put it right on him.

The issue I have is he still does not read progression and check to other receivers. If his primary receiver is covered them he runs. He needs to find somebody else to get it to.

Also he is not allowed to audible at any time it seems. Whatever is called in huddle gets run not matter how the defense is set up.

This is very troublesome for a Junior quarterback to not develop on the mental side of the position a little more.

Well, they can't use the 'He's still young' excuse any more; what hurts is to see so many Freshman QB's making an impact across the country. Just can't understand why we can't bring in a quality starter/leader @ QB...
