True, but you need a certain amount of athletic ability, and there's a reason they are 2nd string. Heart is rarely enough.

some guys I'd watch for:
DT/DE Quinton Coples - built like Peppers....probably stronger, but not as athletic
LB Zach Brown - athletic freak....runs a 4.30 40
DE Donte Paige-Moss - tons of athletic ability....top 20 player in 2009 recruiting class
DT Tydreke Powell - will be a high draft pick in 2011 if he doesn't bolt after his JR year
CB Mywan Jackson - next great CB for us....playmaker with lots of athletic ability....shined in the spring game....just unproven in games situations
WR Jheranie Boyd - speedster at WR....a little thin, but has playmaking ability
WR Erik Highsmith - not a burner, but has great hands....was very thin last year, but supposedly but on 20-30 pounds in the offseason
TE Zach Pianalto - the key to our offense, IMO....he's Yates' safety valve, and we'll run him in 5-8 yard routes all game long
QB Bryn Renner - if Yates goes south, he'll probably get a lot of time....elite 11 QB in the 2008 class.....gunslinger with good mobility...like all young QBs, tries to fit it in spots he can't
RB/WR Johnny White - speedster who has played all over the place....didn't work out in his first attempt at RB (2007) but he supposedly has been pushing Draughn and Houston for time in practice
hope this helps.......could get ugly quick for us.....
