I hate it when players dont go with the team. They are still part of the team and should be there with everyone. It just helps build chemistry and is a good time to bond with team mates. Being hurt shouldnt make you any less a part of the team.

heard he was on crutches, usually if that's the case, they don't mess with them and airports, airplanes. It sounds good in team spirit, but in reality it makes sense to stay home and have rehab.

You can only take about 75 players on the road and you can't afford to take someone that is definitely not going to get to play.
