I'd like to know if this is really Martin, or his boss, Skeletor. Lombardi is the one trying to turn TOPS into another welfare program instead of what Patrick Taylor set it up to be, and from several one on one conversations with Martin, he does not agree with his boss on that one. Lombardi was run off from his last two jobs by this time, it's time to send him packing from Baton Rouge.
