again, no one thinks it's LSU's responsibility. LSU created the program as an incentive...someone obviously thought it would benefit LSU. If it's not then it should be canceled, I have no problem with that.

Hey Legacy Parents! If you are buying a condo and paying property taxes to Louisiana and purchasing an auto and paying sales taxes to Louisiana, that still does not make up for the fact that some of us have been paying taxes in Louisiana for over 40 years to send our child to LSU. The construction of new buildings and classrooms are not paid for my your REDUCED tuition. It is called being paid for by the Capital Outlay program - Tax Dollars. Legacy should allow to admit your cheild to LSU at out-of-state rates to make everyone equal. They want to wear Purple and Gold, pay for it, its that simple.
