If a person didn't have to shell out money to keep their tickets they would be able to give more the LSU. Also, as I stated if they need to trim some fat, make LSU-A and LSU-E 2yr schools again.

without looking at numbers, it's hard to say whether this would benefit or not...these schools do provide a service to those locals working their way through school, many times with families. They are serving a different purpose than the traditional 4-year school.

I think LSU-E is still a 2 year school....only LSU-A went to 4 year.

Again, if your priorities are for the football team more than the actual university, you have absolutely no right to bitch. You simply care more to support an athletic team than the academic university where you earned a degree.

People can bitch about TAF as much as they want and use them as an excuse for why they can't give to LSU, but all you just did was prove my point. Your priorities are extremely fricked up if you are bitching about LSU not giving out of state alumni a $10,000/year discount when you care more about the football program and give nothing to LSU on the academic side.
