that is all....watching georgia replay, hell watch any cbs replay.....can't believe it was that bad...six option plays for a total of 10 yards, scott running early yet we passed and passed or ran option....let half a minute run off the clock in georgia territory at end of half....sound familiar?

Jordan Jefferson is not an option QB. I like the option play itself, but he doesn't know how to run it. He is hesitant, doesn't make the defender commit, doesn't know when to pitch and when to keep, just doesn't know how to run the play.

If we want to run the option it should be Shepard who runs it, at least until Jefferson learns how.

What killed me was going into half at that game we had 12 first downs to their 1. AND we got the ball back first after the half. yet we only had a 6-0 lead and went down to them 7-6.
As far as play calling, we had the ball at our 40 with 1:43 ish left on the clock and couldn' even get into field goal range. instead we let the clock run out. It was bad. The worse part was our O looked really good outside of Shep with the timeout. JJ looked really good and so did TT and shep on the runs. we needed shep to throw a few passes to fool the D. no instead we run it.
