Though I do watch the four letter network often, only because there really isnt another alternative, who really gives a crap what they are saying. Herbstreit picking Auburn was ridiculous, and everyone is in love with Arky because of Mallet and the playmakers they got on offense. They cant stop anyone, so throw them out of the wash. I'm telling ya, we won 9 games last year with a kid at QB that wasnt quite ready for what he had thrown at him for a full season. Miles made some big mistakes, and hopefully has learned from them. I know the Bammers have some pretty big time guys over there, but even with that we are going toe to toe with them, and they are supposed to be worlds apart better from us. Just think about it...9 games with everything that happened last year. We couldve easily won the Florida game with a more seasoned QB, and the same with Bama. We will all pin the Ole Miss game on Miles, but JJ had some moments of "what the heck" that game to. I got a good feeling about him this year. Those guys at ESPN like glam, and bling, and flashy things, and apparently we dont fit that billing. Thats ok. Hopefully JJ will start learning to look to his check downs instead of throwing the ball away or trying to run. Remember he did throw close to 20 TD's with only 7 INT's last year. Our playmakers on both sides of the ball are there, though maybe a year away from being at the "ESPN" caliber if you would. Calm down everyone, the boys will be alright.

Great post and spoken perfectly.

" Did you notice Griese's comment about Bama D " I can't remember which team when he predicted there wins. He said they won't lose with this loaded D.... He commented like they were returning the entire team.

I hope that is the case and he is ready now. Success starts with a QB that manages the game and doesnt try to do to much.

I am pulling for JJ and JL but success will depend on their ability combined with the coaches ability to Execute. Stating the obvious I know, but execution has been lacking way too much over the last couple years.
