Anyone seen the restored version? It's Kurosawa so it should be pretty good. What say you?

Great movie, seen it many times.
Star Wars is based off The Hidden Fortress, now see if you can spot all the charaters.

Only movie I ever walked out on.
Well, it wasn't my idea to leave.
The movie was being shown at the Prytania Theater and the add in the paper said that this movie inspired Lucas to write Star Wars. So I think my buddy was thinking it would be a Sci-Fi flick.
Black and white with subtitles was not what he was expecting. After 30 minutes he said he was leaving and he was my ride.
I noticed yesterday that this movie is on Netflix so I may finally get to see the ending.
