I don't think he trusts the QB until the point the QB understands all 45 chapters of the Crowton Calculus. Thus the young guys end up with brain mush after a year of playing.

Maybe so. I saw a guy in his second year in Crowton's offense set passing records. I think some of our biggest problems are also lack of WR development. It doesn't matter what the qb knows if the receiver misreads the coverage. You have to be on the same page at that exact split second at this level of competition. You can't hesitate at all and you have to have the same read.
