Well we've all seen Jordan audible out of a play and do well (Washington, toliver)

At some point, I do feel as though the coaches have failed the young qb's. These coaches spend a unbelievable amount of time getting the guys ready. They should have enough confidence in them to recognize presnap reads. That's a part of player development, and I believe by taking that responsibility away they are shortchanging the leader of the offense. Therefore, hurting their leadership capabilities on the field.

Oh, and FYI, for Crowton's offense to work, the WR coach has to be on his game. I don't think the previous one was.
