I did try google and dirpy doesn't do this conversion.

YouTube doesn't make the video for you. You have to use a program such as Windows MovieMaker.

trying to upload a song to youtube. IE some videos on youtube are just an album cover (picture) with the song playing.
I don't have windows moviemaker, actually on on a mac.

they are videos -- it's as if you took a video camera and shot three minutes pointed at an album cover
you need a program to lay the song over the photo
