Greenhead, you sir are 100% correct and I am sorry those guys were killed, but SOMEONE on that crew SHOULD have seen the kick and shut it in WAY before they did (or tried). Being in deep shite for doing your job is not as bad as being dead!! They had to have a clue what was happening and were just asleep at the switch. I guess this is why they call them accidents...
