Im not saying that BP is not at fault, they diffidently share some of the blame. This situation was cause by numerous things, the two main being. That one Transocean and BP did not follow industry guidelines and safe practice and and but peoples live at risk and cost lives. Second that the crew on the floor obviously were not doing there job/ paying attention. This situation is a two way street, each are equally accountable. However you only hear about one of these major frick ups.

BP, MMS, Transocean there is more than enough blame to go around.
