I enjoy other people's tailgating, so I don't have a spot. However, under what moral authority does somebody have to tell a young person who shows up to start tailgating, and all of the old hats say, "Move down Sonny, and take your crew and tents and move down. Combine the current administration's outright hostility towards tailgating, and pretty soon, the young kid is at the Bon Marche Mall and never tailgates again.
While this is certainly the administration's goal (kill the tailgating, and concession profits will SKYROCKET), it is also blatantly unfair.
If you want the spot, get there first, period.

We have tailgated in the same spot for years 3 years ago we moved and merged tailgates with my neighbor who has been in our current spot for 10 years.....I think it really isn't a big issue cuz most people who have tailgated in the same spot for a long time set up early on Friday at least that is what we do and we always have someone there so we never miss a game....i think if u don't always use ur spot and get there early then I guess u will have to be prepared to battle for your spot
