The Bridge is really good, but very somber.

Man on Wire - extremely entertaining

The Cove - like The Bridge in that it can be kind of a downer and tear jerker but it's much much better.

Gates of Heaven

I.O.U.S.A. - about our national debt, the history of it in our country and where we are headed if nothing changes. Very good documentary and the graphics are outstanding (they have to be since a lot of the film is statistics and numbers).

I may look on my netflix later to see any I'm not thinking of that I've seen. But these are off the top of my head.

As an Errol Morris fan myself, I'd also suggest "Vernon, Florida."
