dont these new deals prevent teams from leaving?

I assumed the Big 12-2 would be locked down for another 10 years after this.

Nothing has been signed in regards for new penalties to my knowledge.

Yesterday Bebee said they all looked in each others eyes and promised to do this together. True story those where his words

Deloss said that there is nothing to prevent the schools from leaving and there won't ever be. There isn't even a penalty proposed in the new contract.

The new contract is also banking on a dream TV deal to fall from the sky. Most are saying that this time next year, the fallout will continue.

Big 10 says that it is only going to half expansion talk for 6-8 months. I guarantee they get this started again and UT will be licking its chops.
