this cant be right. with no us open pressure, i still think it is more like 78. that means that even a 20 handicapper should break 100 occasionally.

what you're not factoring in is that the greens for the u.s. open will be infinitely faster than anything a 20 handicapper will have most likely ever played, numerous 3 and 4 putts that they dont normally do at their local club.....plus the rough will be much tougher than the rating would indicate, plus its tipped out
