I do, but I know more about the beginnings of the universe than I do about deep water drilling

+1. 10 years in the gulf on drilling rigs, and 1 year in the office in well planning (cased hole division). My job seems secure right now.

Shoot me an email; broffshoretigerfan@yahoo.com

I've got a start up meeting in a few hours, and I can check with some of our vendors to see if they're looking.

I do, but we are primarily a natural gas company with no offshore rigs. Very heavy in Haynesville, E. Texas, and Barnett Shale plays.

+1. Ironically I rep explosion proof electrical products. Lights, switches, etc. Hope the Petro-Chem side is busy this year, because oil and gas won't be!

I design work boats with a large portion of our business being offshore supply vessels. With the moratorium and an already sluggish new construction market our outlook for new projects is pretty grim.
