Just FYI...I am in Monroe and it was blacked out. I downloaded the Hotspot Shield, signed up for an ESPN 3 account, logged in and setup remote access for the ESPN 3 account, ran the shield program and then the UC Irvine game played no problem.

I did the same, except I already had an espn account. I signed in, clicked on remote access and then activated the shield and clicked on the video link. It tried to come up and then said blacked out. ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Iconbanghead.gif)
