Plumb the thing so they could circulate hot water throughout to prevent hydrate build up. Seems like this little top hat doesn't have a chance in hell due to the pressure from the well.
It'd also be nice if these were already built too... You know to save the whole oil spill disaster for 60 plus days in our oceans and on our coastlines.
